Position Summary: We seek an exceptional candidate for a Logistics Advisor position for a potential programme on SRH and HIV in Zimbabwe. This is a full-time position to be based in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop, review, and strengthen support systems and procedures for logistics management at different levels of the supply pipeline. • Develop strategies to address critical challenges affecting quality and timely availability of essential logistics for HIV prevention, HIV counselling and testing, SRH, and other programmes. • Mentor key counterparts in logistics management. • Develop interventions to improve logistics systems and procedures as well as reporting rates and data accuracy. • Support routine data sharing. • Develop regular assessment, status, and consumption/logistics reports.

Qualifications: • Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or related field • At least 5 years’ experience in logistics data management of health commodities. • Track record of experience in developing realistic and practical approaches to improve supply chain management and use of logistics data. • Ability to work easily with MS Access, MS Word and MS Excel and familiarity with database and spread sheet queries, formulae, and graphical presentation of data. • Ability to motivate workforce and work effectively in a multicultural workforce. • Excellent written and spoken English is a must. • Zimbabwean nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility
