Position Summary: We seek an exceptional candidate for a Finance and Administration Manager position for a potential programme on SRH and HIV in Zimbabwe. This is a full-time position to be based in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Key Responsibilities
: • Maintain financial and accounting systems and procedures in accordance with corporate, donor, and government requirements and regulations. • Review and prepare budgets for related project activities. • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, annual inventory, and other financial reports. • File all travel vouchers, expense reports, and financial reports. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Process supplier’s payments and hotel accommodations. • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements. • Ensure cash flow management; preparation of cash forecasts. • Carry out banking duties as required.

Qualifications: • Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or CPA II or equivalent. • At least 5 years’ experience in finance/accounts. • Statutory audit experience would be an added advantage • Microsoft Office proficiency including the ability to operate computerised accounting, spreadsheet, and word-processing programmes at a highly proficient level • Strong financial, analytical, and/or evaluative skills. • Problem-solving, decision-making and good judgment skills. • Attention to detail and ability to effectively and efficiently perform multiple tasks and balance competing priorities often within a required timeframe. • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and clients. • Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing requirements and competing demands. • Professional and mature conduct, especially during interactions with the client and its constituents. • Excellent written and spoken English is a must. • Zimbabwean nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
