ACF Zimbabwe Mission is seeking qualified and well-motivated individuals to fill in the above positions based in Masvingo.
Description
Main objectives
Implementation and Supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation department.
Coordination with stakeholders and local partners.
To monitor data analysis and finalize reporting
Conducting monitoring exercises in the field
Requirements
Level of Studies and Experience Required
Agricultural engineer or equivalent, BSC Agriculture, WASH, Agricultural Economics, Rural development or any relevant.
Experience in Community Based programmes
Community Development is compulsory
Experience in work in HIV / AIDS, implementation of developmental programmes and longitudinal approaches to impact Monitoring and Evaluation (LlME) will be an added advantage.
Required skills
Computer knowledge (word, excel, access, SPSS, Sphinx Survey
GIS skills a plus
Strong reporting and communication skills
Class 3 drivers license
Working knowledge of food security/WASH/Nutrition programs a plus
Knowledge/experience of HEA/LIME/PHHP index, Beneficiary accountability systems a plus
Excellent database skills, ability to work with PRP ll database an added advantage
Proficiency in English and with knowledge of isiNdebele being an added advantage
