ACF Zimbabwe Mission is seeking qualified and well-motivated individuals to fill in the above positions based in Masvingo.
Main Duties:
Regular follow up of activities and Monitoring and Evaluation of the programme activities in collaboration with the monitoring and evaluation team.
Implementation and supervision of the WASH programmes.
Regular follow-up of activities and Monitoring and Evaluation of the programme activities in collaboration with the I/I&E team.
Human and Material resources management.
Budget and Logistics management.
To ensure collaboration with partners & local institutions internal and external representation reporting.
ACF representative to the local authorities Level of studies and experience
Requirements:
Level of Studies and Experience
Degree in Civil/Water/Construction Engineering or relevant qualification
A minimum of three years professional experience in Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) in NGO environment and three other years at managerial level.
Knowledge of Urban/Growth point WASH programming is a must.
Required Competence & Skills
Knowledge of PRP programming and excellent technical aptitudes
Dynamic and self starter with high analyzing ability (attention to detail)
Experience in training and high computer skills with standing ability to work with databases
Knowledge of English and isiNdebele is required.
A diplomatic, good team player, with ability to motivate a team of professionals.
