Job Summary:

Madrid New York and Montreal. ACF‘s fields of expertise are: nutrition, Livelihoods / Agriculture, health, water and sanitation. ACF Zimbabwe Mission is seeking qualified and well-motivated individuals to fill in the above positions based in Masvingo.

Description:
Main Objectives
Mobilize and organize beneficiaries, carry out training sessions and workshops with beneficiaries and stakeholders
Implement and follow up the project.
Carry out assessments, Post Fair Assessment and baseline surveys ·
Communicate the Organizations activities and objectives to the partners
Reporting,
Represent ACF at community level.

Requirements:
Level of studies and experience required
Diploma Degree in Agriculture,
Experience in development work with an INGO, NGO or government department and experience in rural community development work will be an advantage.
Class 3 drivers license
Practical experience in conservation farming is a must; experience in mechanized agriculture, market based input delivery systems and cluster approach is an added advantage
Knowledge of livestock fairs and working with para·vets as well as market based approaches is an added advantage - Livestock
Knowledge of LIG principles, group dynamics and market based approaches is an added advantage - LIG
Understanding and appreciation of the database (PRP database) is required
Proficiency in English and with knowledge of isiNdebele being an added advantage
