Job Summary
A newly mental health hospital is looking for an experienced Hospital Administrator. The main duties of the Administator , who will report to directly to the board, will be directing, planning and organising all operations of the hospital so as to ensure that all departments function as one and ensuring that medical facilites run efficiently and deliver quality patient care.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilites
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high degree of professionalism and competence in dealing with a variety of individuals including doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
A degree in Business Administration, healthcare Administration or Social Sciences.
A postgraduate diploma in Health services Management is an added advantage.
