Duties /Responsibilites
Management of the Engineering and techinical services department
Designing of all civil works,projects ,roads .sewer.dams .irrigation and water reticulation
Preparation of roads programs reports and acquittals in liason with ZINARA
Compilation of District development plans
Implementation of council resolutions
Servicing of the Roads ,
Works and Planning Commitee

Qualification and experience
- A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- At least three years post qualification experience
- Membership with the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers a distinct advantage
- Registration with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe a distinct advantage
- At least 30 years old and mature
- Computer literate
- A clean record of service within the public service preferably ,a Local Authority
- A clean class 4 driver’s licence
