Introduction
1. Organisational Context

Hivos has a long track record of being creative and innovative. As such Hivos Hub Southern Africa signed an agreement with the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (GFATM) as the Principal Recipient (PR) of a three year programme which commenced in January 2016. The Principal Recipients’ responsibility is to manage The Global Fund grant (to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria) and ensure that the grant objectives are achieved. Hivos intends to establish Long Term Arrangements with qualified companies who are able to provide design & printing services as a complete service package.
Therefore, Hivos Hub SA calls for EOI (EOI/ADMIN/2016/001) from qualified service providers, who have the capacity to offer quality graphic design and printing services in support of its programme serving Hub SA. The minimum criteria for publishing companies include the following:
Minimum of five years of experience in publishing (graphic design and printing), and experience with international and regional companies and organizations;
Ability to work under extreme tight deadlines, while providing quality work;
Has a full calibre of experienced and qualified designers; web developers; IT personnel; managers and coordinators in addition to logisticians;
Has sufficient resources in terms of equipment;
Capacity to deliver to and distribute in all areas in the Southern Africa region;
Ability to produce quality multimedia DVDs (availability of a web developer and IT officer);
Ability to receive and send large materials using file transfer protocol in a reliable and speedy manner;
Commitment to maintain full confidentiality of reports produced.
Service providers who comply with the above requirements are invited to express their interest by sending an Expression of Interest (EOI) confirming their availability and willingness to be part of the above required services.
Companies should send the following documents together with their EOI:
Completed, signed and stamped Supplier Profile Form including Annex A:
Copy of legal registration.
Copies of CVs of all personnel listed in the attached Annex A.
Samples of previous work done.
Application Instructions:

2. Replying to the EOI cannot be considered as an automatic guarantee receipt of solicitation or contract awards in the future.
3. Hivos reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
