Reporting to the Human Resources Officer, the successful candidate shall inter-alia be responsible for the following:

Reporting to the Human Resources Officer, the successful candidate shall inter-alia be responsible for the following:
- Diagnosing and prescribing treatment to sick employees within prescribed health care regulations
- Carrying out emergency first aid treatment for injuries sustained at work
- Screening sick employees for the company's medical consultant's attention
- Assisting the company's medical consultant in carrying out medical examinations
- Conducting health and safety education training courses
- Administration of sick leave for staff
- Co-ordinating the functions of health and safety committees at the company's various depots
- Maintaining adequate stocks of clinical drugs and ensuring their safe keeping
- Updating and maintaining clinic records
- Counselling employees on various mental or physical issues that affect their health and well being
- Producing monthly clinic reports
- Identifying occupational hazards and recommending corrective action to senior management
RequirementsQualifications And Experience (from accredited and reputable institutions)
- Diploma in General Nursing
- Registered with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe
- Possession of 5 '0' levels including Maths and English.
- At least three (3) years relevant experience.
- Industrial experience is an added advantage.
- Clean Class 4 Driver's licence is an added advantage
