- Ensure new structures are erected as per set standards
- Produce mini Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications for work in specific trade.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

- Class 1 Journeyman certificate
- Possession of 5 '0' levels including Maths and English.
- At least three years practical experience as a Journeyman in a particular trade.
- Proven ability to work with little or no supervision
- Clean Class 4 Driver's Licence is an added advantage
