This role is for a new division of the clients business so applicants should be willing to take on additional duties outside of the standard job description.

Job Description
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Management
Handle business calls, accurately pass on information
Manage the MD's diary and travel arrangements
Deal with customers and clients on behalf of Management
May be required to do some clerical work
Construct well-written emails and letters, reply to correspondence
Sit in on meetings and distribute accurate minutes
Follow up on issues arising from meetings with reminder memos
