Job Key Results Areas
Developing the Hwange Colliery Company brand and improve its global competitiveness
Developing and Implementing sound marketing and sales strategies
Developing and expanding the Company's market share locally, in the region and internationally
Developing a robust and comprehensive export strategy
Developing and cultivating a sound customer service system
Developing a comprehensive marketing intelligence system, quarterly market surveys and reports
Engaging In high level negotiations with a variety of stakeholders and business leaders
Developing sound systems and procedures for revenue Collection
Competitive pricing of Company products and carrying out timeous reviews in liaison with finance
Developing and creating new international markets
Effective handling of and managing of distribution logistics
Effective budgeting and management of costs
Staff supervision, development, coaching and team building
Ensure that the team achieves target sales for local and export markets.
Requirements
Possession of a Marketing or related degree and an MBA
Possession of a professional marketing qualification like an IMM Diploma will be an added advantage
Must be a seasoned industrial and minerals marketing professional with a minimum of seven (7) years experience at a senior managerial level
Must have relevant experience in international trade and exports exhibiting working knowledge on international payment systems
Must have a demonstrable track record of achievement
Have the entrepreneurial ability to recognize opportunities and strive to achieve superior results
Must be able to relate to Clients at all levels
Excellent communication skills.
