Description
The Key Performance Areas of this position include:
Developing a clear New Business PLAN in line with the overall company strategy
Driving and coordinating the various PR and new business initiatives of the business units
Instituting Market Research programme on client service and preferred needs as well as positioning competitors, customers and market analysis
Driving the ongoing local development of the MARSH brand in line with the global company values.
Coordinating all company advertisement, sponsorships and social responsibility programmes.
Driving and evaluating client retention programmes by business units.
Day to day management and control of the Marketing Budget.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
A relevant Marketing degree
At least 3 years experience in business development with a reputable organisation
MBA/MBL or Insurance/Pensions qualification or experience would be an added advantage
Remuneration is a Total Cost to Company basis and will be disclosed to the successful candidate.
