- Prepare and Implement After-Sales Training Programs for Technicians covering all Plant and Equipment
- Prepare Training Programs for Independent Garage Mechanics and Client Technicians
- Monitor On-Line Training Programs Provided by Principals and Incorporate these Developements into Programs for Technicians
- Ensure Highest Standards of Training of Technicians
- Monitor Workmanship of Technicians and Attend to Areas of Concern
- Conduct On-Site Visits to Ensure Quality Standards are Met
- Liaise Closely with Suppliers, Branch Managers and Customers Countrywide
