Job Description
Our client is a leading company in the mining industry. They are currently in the market for a Safety Officer.
You should have at least 3 to 5 years working experience.
Your experience should be within the construction and/or mining industries.
You should be suitably qualified:
SAMTRAC or SHATCOR 1 & 2 or OSHEMAC 1 & 2.
Degree in Environmental science.
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment training
Training regarding applicable legislation
Valid blasting certificate if performing blasting operations
Incident investigation course.
