OCS Solution Manager , Harare

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinates with Headquarters and customers to ensure consistent review and negotiations of customer on line charging system, including purchase orders, master service agreements, tenders and RFQs
Negotiates complex OCS systems to revisions with customers on a worldwide basis

Requirements:
University graduate in Computer and/or telecom related discipline
The OCS Solution manager must possess excellent technology and English written communications skills. Detail oriented, excellent negotiation skills. Extensive knowledge of charging system.
Extensive knowledge of software and software concepts,including practical application in a software design environment.
Working knowledge of Telecom industry and FIDIC clause.
Ability to work independently and make technical decisions.
Must have negotiating skills and be able to be diplomatic in both internal and external communication.
