Job Description
Our client a leader in the banking industry is looking for a Head of Personal and Business Banking to be based in Uganda
The ideal candidate should be able to maximize earnings through growth in market share in selected segments and chosen product lines
Develop the retail function and business unit with support of the group
Develop localize execute and manage a PBB strategy and tactical business plan for the country, taking account the market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite
Relevant tertiary business qualifications.
Degree/Diploma or relevant industry training
Knowledge of the SBAF and SBAF PBB Strategy
Knowledge of sales and marketing theory and principles, IT core system, risk management, credit principles
Seasoned banker with 10 – 15 years branch banking experience
