Job Description:
•Ensures that franchisees operate their business in compliance with Brand standards, utilizing all tools, systems, processes, and initiatives resulting in operational excellence and superior customer experiences.
•Provides operational expertise and advice in the areas operational execution and financial management, relocation, franchisee expansion, new product and process implementations, contract compliance, and dispute resolution.
•Oversees all Franchisees’ Operational Accounts
•In charge of day to day Franchisees’ Products Request
•In charge of day to day Franchisees’ Marketing Needs
•Advises the board on the financial status of all franchisees
•Supports franchisees through formal business planning processes and conducts business reviews to find opportunities to drive franchisee operational success and profitability.
•Maintain proper relations with all colleagues, suppliers, branches, and franchisees
•Ensure confidentiality of information
•Maintain a high level of professionalism
Skills
The ideal candidate will preferably be a Business Management graduate with at least 5 - 10 years’ experience in sales/business development.
Highly motivated to continue the growth of the franchise and with a strong desire to travel
Wage/Salary: Negotiable on experience
