A 5* game lodge accommodating 12 guests seeks experienced hotel or lodge chef de partie who can oversee the kitchen and all food preparation, stock takes, food orders etc. Organic product knowledge an advantage. Candidates MUST be able to get to lodge at own expense for interviews - one hour from PE. Drivers licence an advantage.

Wage/Salary: R6500 ctc + Accommodation
