Job Summary:
The above exciting position which should be filled by a competent, suitably qualified and experienced individual has arisen within the Zvishavane Community Share Ownership Trust Administration.

Description:
Key tenets of the position include:-
Preparation of financial reports.
Preparing quarterly cost forecasts for all community projects.
Preparing Budgets for various community projects.
Cash flow management
Ensure statutory compliance.
Implement and monitor financial systems, policies and control
Preparation of Board Reports and presentations.
The incumbent will also be required to perform human resources functions.
Foster good relations with all local stakeholders such as Government departments, clients, suppliers,among others.
Provision of secretarial services to the Trust
Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Administering the day to day affairs of the Trust under the direction of Trustees.
An appreciation of the indigenization and economic empowerment Act. Chapter 14.13

Requirements:
An innovative, assertive, results driven individual with a high level of integrity is required and should possess the following qualifications and knowledge:-
A Bachelors Degree ln Accounting, full CIS or ACCA or equivalent
5 years experience in a similar position.
A Diploma in Project Management will be an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of procurement and community projects.
Experience in devising implementing Cost control procedures.
Extensive experience in budgeting and budgetary control.
A clean Drivers License.
