1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- must be able to prepare monthly and annual budgets, project planning and analysis, sales and marketing of new products, identifying new clients, relevant qualifications and good experience
2. BUSINESS ANALYST- to conduct market researches, coming up with new business models and advising the management, conducting feasibility studies of micro fiancé projects, relevant qualifications and good experience
3. SENIOR LOAN OFFICERS- evaluating loan applications, identifying new applicants, credit worthiness’s checks, relevant qualifications and good experience
