Description
Applicants are invitedn from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to filll the above position that has arisen within the Insuarance and Pensions Commission.
Specific Duties
Prepares ,reviews and maintains the company employee policies and procedures.
Ensures that polices complies with labour laws.
Overseeing the maintanance and communication of employee records required by law or other departments in the organisation.
Planning and conducting new employee orientation /induction to foster positive attitude towards Commision Goals.
Experience
Human Resources degree, Management /Training and Developmental .
Degree or Equivalent.
Plus Professional Human Resources qualification.
