Job Summary An opportunity has arisen for an Interpersonal Communications Manager based at the Head Office in Harare. The incumbent will be responsible for Managing PSI's community mobilization portfolio through an integrated IPC package designed to increase uptake of combination prevention products and services including HIV testing and counselling, treatment, condom use, Sexual Reproductive
Health and sexual violence.
Attributes Assist in the develpment and review of IPC tkits and training materials for implementatin peer- led communicatin activities and high impact community events.
Supprt and supervise Community Mizing Officers in identifying most at risk and her pririty ppulations through city level interventins and linking them into cnity - based and facility - based clinical and sial support services.
Coordinate implementation ofIPC and edutainment sessins in hot spots to create demand fr combination prevention products and services.
Liaise with key stakeholders working with priity pulatins in hot spots to mobilise, refer and track clinical services.
Establish a referral feedback mechanism and maintain records.
Identify training gaps, supervise trainingofIPC agents and ensure implementation of step dIPC sessins.
Monitorprogram activities and MIS data reporting.
Qualifications
Degree in Health Sciences, Health Prmtins, Nursing, Sciollated sedical science field.
Five years work experience in program management related to development and/or communications.
Experience in community mobilisationfor outreach based HIV prevention interventions , demnstrated skills in training coordination and facilitation, communication documentation and report writing.
Energetic, flexible, prdaptable thanging priorities and work effectively under pressure .
