Qualifications:
Bachelors of Laws degree from a recognised University, registered Legal Practioner and a member of the law society, MBA/MBL, experience in major international financial transactions and a working knowledge of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), a solid background in corporate law, 5 years’ experience
