Key Responsibility
The key responsibility of the position is to provide a comprehensive medical and health service to Railmed members and their dependants as well as members of the general public through administering appropriate medication, performing minor procedures, attending to medical emergencies and providing counselling on HIV & AIDS and other health related issues. The position also provides guidance and advice to senior management on medical issues and participates in decision making relating to the same.
Job Specifications
• Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree or equivalent.
• Registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Zimbabwe.
• At least two years post housemanship.
• Possession of an open practising certificate. •
• Administrative experience is an added advantage.
