Our client, a well established company, is looking for an energetic administrator to join their team.
• Fuel readings
• Receipts for fuel and workshop
• Kiosk purchase for all three and central store room, will also be responsible for reporting on all kiosks
• Conduct random stock takes on fuel and kiosks
• Ensure all licencing is up to date on all sites
• Monitor all company car fuel usage and generator consumption
• Monitor electricity consumption throughout
• Assist with weekend duties
• Maintain housekeeping standards and records
• Receive deliveries for fuel
• Process fuel orders as and when needed
• Do a weekly account recon with third parties
• Manage job cards
• Provide monthly telephone reports
• Monitor and order stock for all branches
• Establish and maintain workers committee and workers council
• Ensure monthly meetings are held
• Maintain records and stock for staff uniforms
• Assist with ensuring that all sites are compliant with the rules regulations and requirements of the fuel companies
