Post A: Plant Manager
Reporting to the Operations Director, the person must:
• Have demonstrate competence in technical analysis
• Be skilled in identifying and decisively solving
• Be excellent at time management and ensuring plant availability in line with project deadlines
• Have strong interpersonal, leadership, planning and organizational skills
• Be competent in the use of plant management software
• Be a hands-on manager able to spend significant time at the projects
• Be a qualified Diesel Plant Fitter or Motor Mechanic or Mechanical Engineer (a higher qualification will be an added advantage)
• Have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar position
• Maintaining SLA‘s with internal and external clients
Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring availability of plant to minimise production downtime
• Liaising with Contracts/Projects Managers, Site Engineers and Procurement department to ensure plant and equipment availability in line with project programme
• Effective implementation of a preventive maintenance system
• Ensuring that all plant staff are suitably qualified for work undertaken
• Responsibility for profit and loss of Plant as a business unit
• Management of plant and equipment movement system
• Technical analysis and preparation of weekly plant and equipment status reports for management use
• Making well-reasoned recommendations to management with regards to plant management
• Implementing and review of plant management systems
• Performance appraisal of subordinates

Post B: Projects Engineer 
Reporting to the Projects Director, the person must have:
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• A post graduate qualification in Project Management is an added advantage
• Experience in use of relevant project software such MS Projects is essential and knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in civil engineering
• Strong site and project management skills,
• Proven ability in contracts management with a keen appreciation of the commercial aspects of projects (pricing, tendering and claiming process)
• Strong people management skills and the ability to perform under pressure, must be assertive and be an effective communicator.

Post C: Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head: Finance, the Accountant will be responsible for the day to day function of the Finance department.
• The post is deadline driven and requires experience in handling external auditors.
• The candidate to have strong reconciliations knowledge.
• Maintain the general ledger and Trial balance of the Group.
• Preparation of management accounts and reviewing reconciliations.
• Ensure all statutory returns are done on time.
Minimum qualification:
• An Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIS, SAAP or Bachelor’s Degree)
• At least 3 years’ experience in the same position
• Excellent Excel skills and strong Pastel experience being able to work with minimum supervision.
