Our client, involved in Quarry Management that concentrates on producing aggregates, crusher dust and silica for service construction and infrastructural development, is looking for the above mentioned positions to join their team.
Duties/Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for or have the following duties:
- Ensure timely and safe movement of Mobile Crushing Equipment between sites as instructed by senior management
- Liaison with customers
- Maintenance of all Mobile Crushing Equipment
- Ensure correct alignment and set up of crushing train
- Supervision of crushing operations
- Finished product quality
- Safety of all employees
- Environmental
- Record keeping
- Reporting of Key Performance Indicators
- Department profitability
- Efficiencies in crush and screening operations
- Quarry Design and Development to include new sites
- Departmental training, coaching and development of employees
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have the following:-
- At least 10 years in Quarry Crushing and Production operations (must be jaw, cone and impact crushing)
- Recognised Quarry Management qualification
- Recognised Engineering / Maintenance qualification
- Proven Technical experience in Material / Product specifications
- Health and Safety qualification
- Proven ability to plan and organize a similar department
- Proven Experience in working remote locations
