Salary: $700.00 per month
Job Description
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
Performing risk and value management and cost control;
Providing advice on contractual claims;
Advising on the maintenance costs of specific building
Job Requirements
Technically qualified (HNC min) in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
Minimum 5 years quantity surveying experience
Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately
forecast cost & sales. reports, on current activities.
IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
