Head of Marketing Vacancy in Harare

Responsibilities
The Head of Marketing role operates across the entire spectrum of the organisations environment, both internally within the Group and externally.
It operates at executive levels in both spectrum, and externally includes relationships with commercial
organisations and government bodies. The role requires that the incumbent has a broad perspective of issues at a macro level, both inside and outside the company and is abreast of all major developments, projects and critical business issues internally. Close relationships with and knowledge of all of the organisations functions is therefore key.

Requirements
The applicant must be highly commercially driven and have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of marketing. Experience must have been gained in significant brand and trade marketing management positions where business management, product development, trade and consumer insights,copy strategy and ATL/BTL communication have been demonstrated

Key Skills
Proven track record in brand building, managing a trade marketing organization and managing in a competitive environment is essential.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic and visionary overall business leadership to support the growth and competitiveness of a FMCG organization or a similar environment. Innovation and creativity are important requirements

Key Qualification Requirements
A Business Degree, a Masters Degree or MBA would most definitely be an advantage
Ideally not less than 10 years relevant working experience in FMCG or a similar industry
