Our client in the gold mining industry is looking for a Mine Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Life of Mine planning.
2. Production planning and scheduling.
3. Ensuring execution of the short term mine plan and providing strong direction and leadership to the production teams to achieve conformance to the plan
4. Ensuring compliance to legal requirements with respect to updating of mine plans
5. Producing operations month end reports.
6. Monitoring production trends in terms of quantity,quality,safety and costs
7. Developing long term mine designs inclusive of mine development, stoping, ventilation and services.
8. Relevant degree and at least 10 years experience
