Receptionist/Office Administrator ,Northen Surburbs-Harare

As the Receptionist / Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact for walk in customers. You will need to ensure that multiple services are pro
vided in an effective and efficient manner.

Duties to include:
Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of items
Ensuring the shop counter is always manned
Up-selling of consumables
Telephone sales and daily checking of numbers and reporting of faults
Managing the switchboard and routing all calls to the relevant person
Cash receipting for sales
Daily cash reconciliations
Managing training times for Training Centre
Invoicing Sales
Website, facebook and twitter management
Database management
Order tracking, clearing and planning of stock arrivals and clearance etc
Stock level management
Marketing of products to resellers and retail outlets
General office maintenance and organisation of tea, and garden staff
Diary management of sales staff and management
Stationary orders
Mailshot reporting and maintenance
Following policies & procedures relating to cash & stock handling
General administrative tasks for management, typing of letters, filing etc
Travel arrangements
