Office Manager

Job Information
An investment and development communications firm is looking for an office manager.

The ideal candidate must have:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role in large private sector organisation(s).
- excellent knowledge in File management and maintenance, relations with suppliers, administration, Technology and communications
- Clean Class 4 Driving license
- Possess a considerable level of business acumen and the capacity to effectively work with executives, suppliers, on behalf of the General Manager.
- Extremely professional, sound independent judgment, strong organisational and project management skills, and the ability to be flexible as priorities and needs change.
- Proactive, self-reliant, creative thinker, problem solver and able to manage multiple projects.
- High level of negotiation and organisational skills.
- Highest ethical standards, confidentiality and personal integrity.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Fluency in English and Shona
