An exciting opportunity to work on a research project to improve primary care based HIV testing and care in older children and adolescents.
Location : BRTI Harare
The Fieldwork Manager will coordinate the key research activities and ensure project timelines are met, ensure the smooth running of project on day to day basis, supervise and train research fid staff and health workers, liase with and maintain collaborations with project partners and target communities.
Qualifications :
•Extensive field research experience.
•Health professional with at least 5years management experience, post graduate health qualification desirable.
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Computer literacy and evidence of strong writting skills.
Terms of employment to be disclosed to successful shortlisted candidates.
Contract period 2years with possibility of extension.
