Description Our Client is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team based in Marondera.

Required Qualifications Sales and Marketing Degree

Responsible for the marketing and sales strategies.
Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge.
Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
To manage the Marketing Department Budget.
Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
Direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
