Job Summary:
The above exciting and challenging opportunities have arisen in our company, Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of Dairibord Holdings. The positions will be based in the above areas:

Description:
Persons appointed into these positions will report to the Managing Director.

The key deliverables for this position areas follows;
Deliver goals and objectives for the region
Drive budgeted performance
Grow market share
implement sales and marketing plans
implement effective brand building programmes
Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and customers
Manage operational efficiencies implement cost management strategies
Manage cash flows for the regionEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Effective people management
Effective team building.

Requirements
The persons we seek must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
A Business Studies or related degree
An MBA degree will be an added advantage
A minimum of 5 years experience at managerial level in the food and beverage industry
Computer literacy knowledge of SAP will be a distinct advantage.
Effective and proven people management and team building skills
Excellent analytical skills
Results and performance. orientation
Be an effective team player.
