Responsibilities
Technical support engineer for microwave provides technical service and support to new and existing customer microwave networks, and troubleshoots and resolves problems in order to stabilize and optimize microwave networks.
Configures and integrates solutions in new and live customer networks.
All activities should be in accordance to customer contract. .
Your work scope will require a broad knowledge within telecom, cover at both hardware, software and network knowledge, expected to work, co-operate and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues, internally as well as customers.
Technical support, perform product validation, integration and commissioning.
Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners.
Prepare technical documentation to support the activities above.
Technical problem management.

Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with major in Telecommunications,
Computer Sciences and technology or equivalent.
At least 3 years' working experience on Microwave or SDH network.
Specialize in Microwave and SDH principle.
Good communication skills and work attitude, able to adapt to travel frequently
Be available to work independently, and also have a good team spirit.
