Job Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above-mentioned vacant post that has arisen in Council.

Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
Assessment, review and implementation of Council Policies ensuring adherence.
Handle Human Resources functions and giving advice on policy formulation.
Preparation of Agendas, writing of Full Council Minutes.
Management of transport fleet.
Arrange for in-house and external training workshops and seminars

Prepare monthly and annual reports.
Preparation of departmental budget.
General administration.
Any other relevant duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Specifications
The candidates must beholder of the following:
A degree from a recognised university in Human Resources Management/Labour Relations or a social science degree with a recognised Human Resources/Labour Relations Diploma.
At least four years’ post-qualification experience in middle management in a human resources position. Local Government experience is an added advantage.
At least 30 years old and mature.
A citizen of Zimbabwe.
A clean criminal record.
A clean record of service within the Local Government fraternity.
