Job Summary:
A vibrant Protective Clothing company based in Chiredzi is searching for a candidate that meets the below requirements for the above post.

Description:
Key responsibilities
Responsible for branch operations, production, sales and marketing functions and grows the market share.
Assist in development and implementation of the organisation’s marketing strategy,
Lead generation and creating brand awareness and brand preferences in various markets (Baobab).
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
Monitor, review and report on all production and marketing activity and results.
Determine and manage production and marketing budget.
Manage all branch personnel.

Requirements:
At least a degree in sales and marketing or equivalent, i.e. lMM,lAC
At least two years working experience in marketing preferably PPE environment.
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing
strategies to meet organisational objectives.
Strong understanding of customer and marketing dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in global team professionals.
Proven ability to oversee all marketing, production, administration, advertising and promotional staff and activities
Technical marketing skills for PPE

Personal qualities required:
Ability to work with numbers/figures
Good written and spoken English
Strong negotiating skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Result oriented and a team player
