Fuel Station Managers x 2

Our Client is currently looking for 2 x Fuel Station Managers to join their team based in Harare

As a Manager, you will have overall responsibility for all your companys store and retail base in Harare.
You will also assume responsibility for all the staff, which could mean as many as 20 members of staff.
As you would expect in such an important role, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities. These are likely to include delivering growth, maximizing sales and profitability, providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment, maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and other areas across your fore court, driving team performance and controlling training and development of your staff.

The ability to understand and analyze sales figures
Commercial acumen & full IT skills in reference to excel and outlook

Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years Management experience

Salary:
Net salary $1750
Local Medical cover

Vehicle fuel and maintenance allowance
Incentive bonus on sales on probation competition
