Restless Development is repeatedly cited as a model of best practice in youth-led development. In Zimbabwe we are enabling young people to contribute to the development of their country through innovative youth-led programmes with impressive results.This is an exciting role for someone with proven senior management experience to drive forward our strategy in Zimbabwe. Acting as an ambassador for our work, you will represent Restless Development at the highest national levels. You will ensure consistent high standards in the delivery of all programmes, operations and finances and have a strong track record of developing strategic alliances. You will have the outstanding communication abilities necessary to work collaboratively with your management team, staff and international team to lead Restless Development’s direction and growth.
